Return Refusals: Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, wash, damage, or alteration (unless the item arrived damaged).

Exchange Policy

Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Fee: A ₹100 reverse shipment charge applies per item exchanged. This fee is waived if you received the wrong item.

If the exchanged item costs more, the difference must be paid in advance.

If it costs less, the balance will be credited to your The Apparel Box wallet.

Exclusions: Customized and sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Limit: A maximum of 2 exchanges per item is allowed.
