Returns & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

  • Return Refusals: Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, wash, damage, or alteration (unless the item arrived damaged).

  • Return Fee: No return charges apply.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for defective or wrong items. To process a refund, please share a clear unboxing video with us via email.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued as credits to your The Apparel Box wallet, which can be used for future purchases.


Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange Fee: A ₹100 reverse shipment charge applies per item exchanged. This fee is waived if you received the wrong item.

  • Price Difference:

    • If the exchanged item costs more, the difference must be paid in advance.

    • If it costs less, the balance will be credited to your The Apparel Box wallet.

  • Exclusions: Customized and sale items cannot be exchanged.

  • Exchange Limit: A maximum of 2 exchanges per item is allowed.

  2. Approval: Our Customer Care Team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

  3. Reverse Pickup: Pickup will be scheduled after approval from our team.

  4. Packaging: Please ensure the product is packed securely, just like it was delivered.

  5. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  6. Refund Method: All refunds will be issued as store credits to your The Apparel Box wallet.
